I’m so glad you’re here.

WElcome to the musings of an imperfect lifestyle blogger on a journey to genuine self-care.

Because perfection is overdone. It’s an impossible standard I can’t live up to.

Most of the time I have no f-ing clue what I’m doing—so I write down my thoughts to try and figure it out. I struggle with the big things like finding purpose and the small things like cooking a meal at home instead of ordering takeout for the millionth time.

I’m a millennial woman in my late-twenties who (quite stereotypically) loves avocado toast, true crime podcasts and reading my horoscope about what it means to be a Libra. But, as I make my way through life, I am critically thinking about why I’m here and what can I offer the world. Also maybe a trait of my generation, but I’ll take it.

The hardest thing for me to do is make a decision. I like to sit on the fence, weighing my options, thinking through scenarios of each choice from a comfortable vantage point. But once I truly decide, I put my heart and soul into making it happen.

So I’ve decided to write, create and share my thoughts and experiences with you on this blog.

I love blogs, and I read a lot of them. I consume so much content (probably too much) but there is one niche I don’t come across all the time: real self-care that gets under the surface level.

I want to create content for women who are multi-dimensional. I call her the mindful modern woman. The one who loves beautiful things like style and travel, but also thinks and cares deeply about her physical and mental health, her understanding of the world, and how she shows up as the best version of herself (despite the daily uphill battles).

It’s style, beauty, creativity, and wellness. told from a genuine and personal perspective.

I want this space to feel real and relatable for you and what you’re going through. It’s not prescriptive advice by any means—I don’t know everything—but it’s written in the hopes that it makes you feel less alone.

Sometimes it’ll be pretty, and sometimes it’ll be raw, but I promise it will always be real and come from the heart.

Join me on this journey to genuine self-care, won’t you?
